Working as a guitarist, composer and media artist since the mid 1970s: leading bands, composing music, producing records, creating multi-art works and interactive installations, doing research, developing tools and methods for combining technology and art.  A pioneer in the field of live electronic music in the Nordic countries and a trailblazer of the development of sensor-based interactive audiovisual instruments in Finland.
